Volunteer with Unlocking ADHD

Unlocking ADHD welcomes volunteers from all walks of life and all ages. Do note that it may take some time for us to match you with a volunteer position as we do not have a dedicated volunteer manager at the moment.

Unlocking ADHD (“UA”) appreciates the value that volunteers, especially those with interests, strengths, experience or training in areas needed by our charity. We welcome volunteers who are able to commit for one (1) year for a minimum of 6-8 hours on a weekly basis to help us in some of the areas below:

  • events (e.g. help manage and organize webinars and in-person events to engage the ADHD community)
  • fundraising and grants (e.g., helping to organize fundraising campaigns, reaching out to potential donors, identifying suitable grants, etc.)
  • content creation (e.g. writing articles, managing social media posts, creating videos, infographics, etc)
  • research based (e.g. researching into ADHD and brainstorming with us on how to translate the results of the research into actions that will make a positive impact in the ADHD community
  • support groups / online forums (e.g. help to moderate or coordinate our support groups and online forums)
  • community engagement (e.g. outreach into the community to create awareness about ADHD) and other opportunities!

Please complete our Volunteer Interest Form if you are interested in volunteering with us and we will contact you with suitable volunteering opportunities. We look forward to working together to impact lives.

Do note the following:

  • We will only consider volunteers who are physically based in Singapore
  • Volunteer positions/assignments may not be available immediately – this is dependent on finding the right match of a volunteer applicant’s skills/background/strengths with UA’s area of need
  • We currently do NOT have a dedicated volunteer manager, due to limited funding. Thus, the volunteer management function is shared by our tiny full time team on top of their other responsibilities. There may be times that we may take a little longer to respond to your enquiry. Please understand that we will do our best to respond as soon as we can.

By submitting your interest to join as a volunteer, you agree that Unlocking ADHD Ltd (“UA”) may collect, use, and disclose your personal data as provided in this Google form for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and UA’s data protection policy (available at UA’s website ) – (a) the processing of this volunteer interest application; and (b) the administration of volunteer management within UA.
