Welcome to the third issue (first in 2022) of the Unlocking ADHD newsletter!
December has been a busy month with three events for adults, parents and youth. You can read more details about The Freak Factor and the Happy 2022 and wishing a Blessed, Healthy, Happy and Prosperous Lunar New Year to all those who celebrate!
We have had a productive 2021 - so busy that we could not catch our breath at times! We have been deeply grateful for your support and we hope to be able to provide more useful and informative events and services to ADHDers & their Families in 2022. Do check out our 2021 in review below.
Our theme for 2022 is Strengthening ADHD Families. In line with this, we have launched an exciting collaboration with Dr Dan Shapiro of Parent Child Journey to introduce his 3-session workshop on Teaching Problem Solving to Children and Adolescents in January. This is an opportunity to pose your parenting questions to Dr Dan.
Our friends at Elefpi Learnscapes have kindly offered to share their Study Skills Workshops (worth $200) FREE to those who make a donation to one of 3 organizations that they support (including Unlocking ADHD).
We will also be rolling out an event to strengthen marriages / relationships during the month of Love (February) with noted US relationship expert, Melissa Orlov, author of The ADHD Effect on Marriage. Please block off Wednesday, February 16 from 8:30pm to 10:00pm to join Melissa and Unlocking ADHD for this special event.
Check out more of our upcoming events (and reviews of past events) below. We look forward to seeing you on our social media platforms and interacting with you online.
